Our community is an association of almost 800 town homes in
southeastern Howard County. We are located across Gorman Road from historic Savage Mill and the scenic gorge of the Little Patuxent River (near Rt. 32 and Rt.1). Knights Bridge Road and Horsham Drive run through our community.
Our community is just few minutes drive from I95, the BW Parkway
(295), Rt. 32, Rt. 1, and Rt. 29. A Weis market, Exxon, and Wendy's are within
walking distance on Gorman Road (less than 1 mile).
Because of our community's large size, there is a diversity
of home sizes and types available here. Housing ranges from modest two bedroom
homes to large four bedroom homes. Many units have a garage, deck, bay windows,
lofts, and other amenities that our owners find enjoyable.
We are fortunate to have in our neighborhood the Savage branch of the
Howard County Library.
Also attached to the building is a
County medical center and senior center.
A tot-lot (playground) and sand volleyball court is also available
for residents of the community.
The Bowling Brook Farms Community Association works hard to
maintain the look and feel of our unique community. If you are looking to buy
a home, look no further. You've found one of the best communities in the Baltimore-Washington
